Finding the Right Fit for You

With many different colors of Kratom available, there is plenty of scope for finding the absolute perfect one for you, but how do you actually go about doing so? With FDA regulations in force, our hands are tied with regard recommending one strain over another, and we (as is the case with every vendor) can only give very limited information about our products if we wish to stay on the right side of the law; which, of course, we do.

With Kratom there is no ‘one size fits all’, and what works brilliantly for one person might not work as well for another, because (thankfully) we’re all different, and even when two people are seeking Kratom, the same strain may produce very different aromatic results with each person.

Be Your Own Best Advocate

The answer is in your own hands, or more specifically, at your fingertips. As someone with an interest in Kratom, in order to narrow down the search for the best strain for your particular requirements, you will need to do your research, and there are several ways of doing this:

  • Internet search. It sounds obvious, but there is actually more to it than just typing in ‘Kratom’ and reading the results. Try googling whatever area you are looking for help in, and then read, read, read as many reviews, blogs, and anecdotal stories as you can. It will soon become apparent whether a particular strain is regularly recommended for what you are seeking, and you will then know exactly what to buy.
  • Ask around. Kratom isn’t as unusual as you might think, and many people have turned to it as an alternative to other methods. However, given the FDA’s stance, a lot of users will keep it on the Q.T. for fear of reprisals (for up to date information about the legalities of Kratom in your area, please check here), but unless it is outlawed in your location there’s no need to keep it quiet – it’s only the vendors who could fall foul of the FDA. Word of mouth is THE best way to get genuine recommendations, and if it’s from someone you know and trust, all the better. Find out where your contacts buy from, and what strain they use for what, and you’ll be more than halfway there.
  • Research your vendors. Just because a seller ranks on the first page of Google doesn’t necessarily mean anything – it could just be that they use the right keywords and keyword density to get them there! Check out as many sellers as you can, and read their sites thoroughly – look at their reviews, their blog posts, their ‘about’ pages, and make sure they use independent lab testing to ensure their Kratom is totally pure. And don’t just go by their websites, either – have a look at their social media sites, and check out if and how they engage with customers, and if they keep themselves and their customers up to date with current Kratom news.

At the end of the day, finding a trusted Kratom vendor should be approached in the same way as finding any other seller or company – check them out, get a feel for them, and if possible, go with personal recommendations, because word of mouth, whether that is through a review or from someone you know, is the best form of advertising there is.
